Shipping policy

1. Delivery method: Tickets are sent by email with a QR code by default.

2. IMPORTANT: The email is the ticket. Present the email with the QR code at entry — on your phone or printed.

3.Personalization: Tickets are issued to a named person and are non-transferable.

4. Postal delivery: Postal shipment is available only upon request; contact our support after purchase.

5. Delivery time: PDF tickets are sent to the email address provided within 48 hours of payment. Please also check your spam folder.

6. Liability: The organizer is not liable for delays or misinformation caused by incorrectly provided contact details.
