Refund policy

1. General right of withdrawal
Consumers generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of event tickets under Austrian law. Although special rules apply to distance contracts, services related to leisure activities for a specific date or period are typically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Exclusion of withdrawal / non‑refundable tickets
For the event “Kitz Legends Night” on 21 January 2026 in Kitzbühel: tickets are excluded from any right of withdrawal or cancellation and are generally non‑refundable, as this is a leisure service provided for a specific date.

3. Refunds in case of cancellation or rescheduling
3.1. If the event is fully cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded.
3.2. If the event is rescheduled to another date, purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Purchasers who cannot attend the new date due to the rescheduling are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
3.3. Partial cancellations or program changes do not automatically entitle purchasers to a refund, unless there is a full cancellation or a change that is material to participation.

4. Refund procedure
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at purchase. Please direct refund requests to team@hofmannexperience.com.

5. Note on goodwill arrangements
The organizer may, at its discretion, offer alternative solutions (e.g., exchange, voucher). Such arrangements will be communicated separately.

6. Miscellaneous
